Assignment
You will be making a two-point perspective drawing which
shows some kind of advertisement.
STEP 1:
Discuss the PowerPoint on Richard Estes, two-point perspective,
and advertisements.
STEP 2:
Fill in the work sheet vocab. We will take this as if it was a
quiz, if everyone in the class get's it right I'll take it off the quiz
at the end.

Define vocabulary: advertisement, horizen line or eye line, two-point perspective, vanishing point.
Demonstrate drawing in two-point perspective, and the ability to make an advertisement.
VOCABULARY:
*Advertisement: a notice or announcement often promoting a product, service, or event or publicizing a job vacancy.
*Horizen line or eye line: The line which the edge of the land and the edge of the sky meets. OR The line which the viewer's eyes are meeting the objects evenly (everything above the line is being looked up at, everythingbelow the line is being looked down at)
*Two-point perspective: a way of drawing which gives the appearance of depth using two vanishing points
*Vanishing point: The spot at which all lines converge giving the appearance of disapearing
*Students need to know these words for the final test.
