Let Miss Brink know promptly when you get them fixed.

STEP 3:
Make a sketch of what your design will be...

*When making your character think about these

elements:*

1: What you character does. (ie: job or occupation)

2: whether they are good or bad.

3: Build.

4. Clothing and adornments

5. Body language

Create a sketch or two of a character with the elements above.

Use the hand out to assist you in coming up with a character.

(The work sheet will be graded later in the unit).

Your character can be something as simple as

"Abigail has a cafe, she's been baking since her grandma taught her,"

or as imaginative as

"Trock is a human tree, and he is the guardian of the forest"

Your character design should at least include from the torso up. You may want to include the whole body (head to feet) if it is important to show their identity by what they wear.

When you have a good sketch, ask Miss Brink to take a look, and then

you can move on to good paper when she gives you the "Okay."
