Table Teachers

(Borrowed from Miss McNutt's Student Teaching Experience)

This is a series of instructitons students can look to to know what step is next. This frees the teacher in the room to work with students who are in greater need of assistance. If the student cannot find their answer on the table teacher, they can then ask the teacher for assistance.

The Table teacher works much the same way as a table menue at a restaurant.

Class Houses

(Borrowed from Miss McNutt's Student Teaching Experience)

Each class is a "house" which they can decide their crest, or mascot. The hosues compete for points (awarded for good behavior, use of vocabulary, clean up, or other possitive tasks). The house to get the most points at a designated point in time gets to pick a reward (no quiz, movie, candy, other school-approved activities).
